Regular group classes: First time Nordic Walkers to arrive early for 30 minute private lesson before joining the main group.

Day Time Location
Mondays 7-8pm Wollaton/University Park, Nottingham
Wednesdays 7-8pm Wollaton/University, Nottingham
Fridays 12.30-13.30pm County Hall, Trent Bridge
2.30-3.30pm Rushcliffe Country Park
Saturdays 9.45-10.45am Shipley Country Park

Private lessons for groups or individuals: In a variety of locations in Nottingham and Eastern Derbyshire. Contact me for further details.

Prices and Locations

Nordic Walking poles are provided during group classes and one-to-one sessions.

Regular Classes:The fee for the initial session combining 30 minute introductory session with one hour group session is £12.

Ongoing classes after initial beginners course - £6 per week pay as you go or in advance if you prefer.

Private lessons: £35 per hour for one person or £45 per hour for two people

Beginner's introductory 30 minute taster sessions can be arranged before any of the regular classes. Private one-to-one or group sessions can be arranged at other times.

All equipment is provided for Nordic Walking. You just need to come dressed for a walk in the park. All classes will go ahead regardless of the weather.
