Regular group classes: First time Nordic Walkers to arrive early for 30 minute private lesson before joining the main group.

Private lessons for groups or individuals: In a variety of locations in Nottingham and Eastern Derbyshire. Contact me for further details.
Nordic Walking poles are provided during group classes and one-to-one sessions.
Regular Classes: The fee for the initial session combining 30 minute introductory session with one hour group session is £10.
Ongoing classes after initial beginners course - £6 per class pay as you go or in advance if you prefer.
Private lessons: £35 per hour for one person or £40 per hour for two people

Beginner's introductory lessons can be arranged before any of the regular classes or can be arranged at other times subject to availability.
All equipment is provided for Nordic Walking. You just need to come dressed for a walk in the park. Classes run all year, except in extreme weather conditions e.g black ice or lightning.
